The trainer and users will download the app through the AppStore, which the L&D department will share with the trainer and users that will attend the event. The trainer will also receive the login information for the app by the L&D department.
The trainer generates a unique QR-code for his/her training through the app on his mobile phone.
The trainer has the possibility to print the QR-code up front, so he can hang the code at the entrance of the training room.
In the app he has an overview of first and last name of the attendees.
