Cant even log in since the latest update!

When will you fix the bug? I don't have my screen recording on and it says please turn off screen recording every time. What is the reason for having an application when it's not convenience. I have to go to the store to proceed my errands for two months now. It is really really annoying.

If you have difficulty in setting up the app go to a KTB branch and they will do it for you. Once set up the app works well and links with the KTB Next app. The app developers need to make the instructions clear. In most cases foreigners need to get bank staff to set up the KTB apps. But the app instructions do not tell you this.
