I really liked this app before this most recent version. I really liked being able to see the current temperature on my status bar with just a glance at my phone. Now there is just a blob there that appears to resemble clouds. This does not help me. All my settings in app and on my device are still set to support the temperature display but yet a blob is shown instead

Literally the only reason I use this app is because I live locally in the area. I hate the experience every time I do, due to the forced 5-10 second load time when opening the app, every single time (which I guarantee is there only to show their advertising partner's logo) and the forced advertisement every time you attempt to watch a video, even when reloading or rewatching a video. 90% of the time they cut off the end of their video and go straight to the next one with another ad. Horrible

The app has a lot of features, including weather warning notifications. It's nice to have the radar map also. But the worst part of this app is that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you open the app, it makes you wait for 5-10 seconds on a loading screen. I have never seen an app that does this. The other day, I was needing to switch back and forth between this app and another, and it was SO irritating having to sit thru the loading screen every time. Please fix this!
