Prepaid Gas Metering System (PGMS) POS is a mobile application developed by KGDCL under the installation of prepaid gas meter project. This app allows customer to charge their contactless IC card for purchasing gas volume for their prepaid gas meter.
The application consists of several modules designed to simplify the process of prepaid gas meter IC card recharge by POS agents. The remarkable modules are as follows:
Recharge Gas:
The app provides IC card recharge options tailored to the POS agent needs. Users can select the desired amount or choose from predefined recharge denominations. Additionally, they can select their preferred payment methods to make seamless and secure transactions.
Search Customer:
In this module, users can apply various search filters to find specific customers quickly. Once a customer is selected or found using the search filters, this module displays comprehensive customer details. It includes personal information such as name, contact information, address, and additional relevant data.
Inspect Card:
This module allows agents to analyze the card data such as card status, gas volume, recharge sequence and meter log data.
Payment Support:
In this module agent can easily solve incomplete transaction if occurs during card recharge.
Refund:
This module allows agents to change the card status and restore its rechargeability.
