I struggled since I downloaded the app, after numerous attempts to ask the school to assist, I received no joy. I finally decided click on the support button on the Karri App. they sent me an email within a few minutes and requested for my child's details. In less than two min I received instructions and the app was working well. Made payment instantly for an upcoming event. incredibly helpful, thank you very much Candice.

I had an issue with my Karri app, logged a complaint, after a few minutes recieved a call from one of their agents, Jody. we rectified the issue immediately on the call, he called back after a few minutes to ensure that the problem is sorted. thank you Jody for a great service!

The app is convenient but some issues. 1) Schools don't seem to be able to track payments easily and then require proof of payment 2) When requesting a proof of payment it comes in the body of an email and not as an easily printable format like a PDF 3) Authentication issues when paying for multiple collections for multiple children.
