KastleResident is free to download and is administered by your property management team via the myKastle Multifamily portal.

The app constantly freezes and I have to wait for my phone to detect it and ask me to fully kill it which can take a minute (swiping it closed doesn't work), which means sometimes I'm stuck outside my apartment building for several minutes trying to get in. Whenever i click to add a favorite it just unlocks the door instead of adding it to my favorites list. I also don't like there's no 'offline' way to unlock doors, so if your phone dies, you're out of luck.

Really buggy app. It's a nightmare whenever people visit and use the callbox. If I try to click "answer" on the call notification - it ends the call. If my visitor calls again, it'll come through as a regular phone call. It'll finally work on the third try, but its a beyond frustrating experience. I hate that my complex uses this system

Terrible app. Can only install on one device so if you have multiple cell phones say work and personal, or use a tablet just in the apartment, you can't install it on more than one device. Plus it keeps haunting you on the type of location data you're allowing. Terrible terrible app waste of time, archaic, why don't you update this thing to reflect real life and people with multiple devices?
