If you want to place orders online and if you already have an account with KEDY PACK, do not hesitate to download this APP.

The app offers you the following features:

* Quick Purchase:
- View products already purchased with two filters
- last 3 months
- last 18 months
- Switch from one restaurant to another, if you have subscribed to several restaurants with KEDYPACK
- Add previously purchased products to your cart

* Search for a product:
- Possibility of searching for a product by its reference or designation.
- Consult the price excluding tax
- Consult its attributes (color, dimension, volume, range, etc.)
- Consult your stock status and in the event of out of stock, see the arrival date
- The product photo

* Cart management:
- Possibility of adding products to the basket
- Change quantities
- Remove one or more product(s) from your basket

* Create an order (without online payment)
- Possibility of placing your order from your basket
- Apply a promotion
- Confirm delivery address and invoice address
- Consult your reception schedules (already recorded when creating your account outside the APP)
- Add a message to the order (The message will be visible to the KEDY PACK sales department)
- Validate the order (Once validated, your order will be transmitted to the KEDY PACK sales department)

* Consultation of your file
- The customer account number. (You can use it when calling the after-sales service)
- Company name
- Name and first name of representatives…etc.

* Consultation of your orders
- Number of your orders
- Status of your order (sent, delivered…etc.)
- Payment status (note that payment is made on site or upon delivery, the APP does not allow online payment)
- The list of products in an order
- The sale price
- Sales quantity
- The order creation date
- The price including tax and the price excluding tax of the order
- Switch from one restaurant to another, if you have created several restaurants at KEDY PACK in order to see the orders dedicated to each restaurant
- Cancel an order


* Consultation of your different restaurants at KEDY PACK
- The name of the restaurant
- The restaurant's delivery address


* Change the language
- The APP offers two languages: French and Chinese (requested by Chinese restaurants)

* My orders
- View historical orders
- View canceled orders
- Possibility of confirming receipt of order
- Generate and view the invoice in PDF

* Logout
- Allow user to log out of the APP at any time
