Constantly crashes , then asks for my credentials, when i input them it says its unable to validate. It does this every time i need it work the most. The only thing consistent is it ability to leave you hanging until you call customer service, which i call so frequent , i know every one by name.

This is the only online banking I have been able to use. I love it. I am a high functioning Autistic older man. I have never been able to balance a checkbook before. I used to always have overdrafts and then the fees that went along with that. I would be paying lots of my money to the bank. With this bank, I have two checking accounts. I think I have only twice when I was called when an overdraft was going to happen. The bank called me and gave me the rest of the day to make a deposit to cover.

The better bank where I live if you bank in person still, however the app just refuses to work from time to time, youll enter ypur UID and pass. Just for it to tell you it cant validate. There is nothing more infuriating than a banking app that locks you out of checking your account, time and time again theres problem after problem with this blasted app. Hire a different developer for the love of god.
