Easy registration of action records in 3 steps!

[Step 1] Enter when you acted!
⇒ "From now": Please select if you want to act immediately.
　 "Time designation": Select when entering after you have finished acting, and specify the time.

[Step 2] Enter where you acted!
⇒Please enter the location.

[Step 3] Enter who you acted with!
⇒ "One person": Select when you act alone.
　 "Several people": Please select when you act with several people. You can record the name of the person who acted.
　 "Dozens or more": Select when you act with 10 or more people. You can record the number of people who acted.

(Optional) [Step 4] Enter what you did!
⇒Enter the reason for your action such as work or shopping.

You can output the action history to a PDF file.
Please print a PDF file and use it when explaining the action history.
* Please set the printer separately.

There is also a widget that encourages you to launch the app when you go out. Please use it.

Although it is not advanced enough to record actions using GPS location information, we have examined and developed it so that actions can be recorded as easily as possible.
Please use it if you like.

[Operation explanation]
[Action Record screen]
It is a screen to record the action.

[Action History Calendar screen]
Displays a footprint icon indicating the action on the calendar.
You can output the PDF file of the displayed month from the "Output to PDF" button.
Click the daily box to move to the action history list screen.

[Action History list screen]
The contents entered on the action record screen are displayed in a list.
You can add an action record from the + icon at the top right of the list.
Press and hold the list to move to the action history change screen and change the history.

[Temperature management screen]
The temperature management screen has three screens: body temperature recording, body temperature history calendar, and body temperature graph.
The temperature management screen can be switched between display and non-display from the setting screen.

[Settings screen]
A description of automatic backup is written.
