The Konetic Employee App™ allows casino employees to perform various tasks directly from a mobile device. Tying into Konami’s SYNKROS® enterprise casino management system enables a casino employee to achieve new levels of customer service by assisting a patron directly from the casino floor without the need for a patron to wait in line at the casino cage. The Konetic Employee App also improves casino floor response times through the enhanced Slot Dispatch module while also making floor personnel more efficient and accountable. With the Cash Can module, employees are able to swap out cash cans to make soft drops and counts effortless by allowing the user to scan barcodes and automatically processes the swap out process once each of the cans have been entered.
