Persistent Panel connectivity issues. Never connects to network, can't add or access it via Smartthings, OTA updates fail without connectivity, and I combed through my router and Konnected app granular settings to triple check them. App has odd quirks like duplicated networks that won't purge, panel having the same IP as my desktop's wireless connection, can never access the panels web page via IP in a browser or via the app. Have changed settings, rebooted, reset, etc a multiple times....👎

App simply doesn't work. I'm using a Samsung S20 FE. The app is stuck on the "My Devices" page - menu selections have absolutely no effect. It looks like there is some round blue selection button just off the bottom of the screen (I can just see the top) but the app does not allow zooming out. I got it to find one of my two panels but the check mark is blued out and I can't select anything, much less rename it or do anything else. Note: works great on iPhone. 0 🌟 Android/5 🌟 iPhone.

So people with can't find device issue. The fix is this. 1st go to your app manager and force stop the application. Then clear data. Once cleared you can reload the app and add the device by ip and port manually. The scan function does not work and untill you clear data you can't manually add it... hope it helps. Spent 3hrs with old version to find same issue.
