It's not working, sometimes it opens, sometimes doesn't, customer care, mail id's, ph no. doesn't work. Even it's webwisite is not working right now, I can't read my whole purchased books. Can someone from technical team help?

Worst app. Don't install or purchase a book from this app. I have purchased a book but it's not opening in phone or in laptop. Tried reaching to them from last 5 days but they have switched off their numbers. Not even replying on mail. Waste of time and money. It's a fraud app avoid installing.

Have you even used your own app? I found a good book, purchased the ebook. But to read it offline I had to download the app. The app annotations, highlighters won't work, it get whole sentence highlighted. And some of the pages be on the night mode after applying day mode also. I have purchased a ebook which I cannot even read properly. Should have ordered the hard cover book but I relied on your app.
