Ratings and reviews

Eventhough the interface is better than KST app it lacks some of the basic features like GTC and also we can not view the reports. Whenever i try to open a report, it throws some error message that they are fixing it but it has been almost 3 weeks but still the issue is not resolved.

It is worst app.. App just doesn't want you to trade properly. for example i was holding a position & suddenly it stopped working, you can see prices & graph but unable to see positions, orders or even your fund. I tried to check almost for half an hour & had stable internet as well. I was fortunate i wasn't holding big amount but still lost 2k. I also have video proof if anyone wants to see.

I have been using Kotak Neo for a while now, and while it offers a range of features, there are a few areas that need improvement. The most notable issues are:Functionality Gaps: Some essential functions are missing, which impacts the overall trading experience.Chart Performance: The charts often do not work smoothly, and there are times when the charts fail to load entirely. This can be quite frustrating during critical trading moments., I strongly suggest integrat tradingview
