Everything describing the app is in English but the app itself is only in Japanese. Also, it only shows you brand new luxury apartments.

Additionally, the app provides a wide range of properties, including rental and for-sale listings—both new and pre-owned—as well as land. It is not limited to brand new luxury apartments. User friendly and has a very useful feature inside it that allows you to calculate the initial cost. But if only the app's map could show rooms by their rent money or something. It's very difficult to differentiate rooms when they're too close to each other. They both use the same symbol so it gets confusing sometimes.
