Recently I can't get in most of the time to see balances or do mobile deposits because it tells me there's an error loading settings. And to relaunch the app. I do that and it gives me the same message over and over. I uninstalled then reinstalled too and still the same message. I can't deposit my paycheck. It is irritating.

After recent Android OS update, app will not open at all. I think your app needs an update. After experimenting some more, I think the app must have been changed to require the use of a VPN, when not in the USA. When I tried opening the app with my VPN turned on, the app worked. I've never needed to use a VPN before to use the app. If this change was purposely implemented, then app users should have been notified. I only discovered it by chance. I live in Kenya.

I hate this app now I can't do anything with it and I can't even get on it to transfer. It keeps saying my Internet is down now it locked me out of my account fo even trying to log in, and that's after I took the app off my phone and reinstalled it.i might need to find a new bank, this app is a problem.
