About this app

This LUTEC APP is designed for LUTEC camera systems with an integrated LED light. Once you connect the app to your camera, you can watch videos recorded by the camera on your phone or any other compatible mobile device. The app also allows you to see who visits your home and have real-time conversations with them whenever and wherever you are.
The APP allows you to adjust the PIR sensor detection range, brightness (LUX level) and time on/off duration for your product, allowing you to customise and fully control your light. You can also select the video storage location, synchronise the time zone and adjust volume etc.
Message alerts can be sent to your mobile device when the camera detects movement, and required footage can be copied directly to your device with the date and time stamped. As well as all of this, there are many other unique features of the app that are designed to help you make the most of your product.

Ratings and reviews

Camera needs to record more than 30 seconds, 1 minute would be better recordings. Also app is temperamental, camera won't load sometimes when I click on the app. Keep having to close and reopen the app for access. Poor Update 2022.. app still very poor! I have to close it and open it just to see my camera because it crashes. £100 light/camera and they can't even get the app right! I will be moving to a more reliable brand.

Easy to set up and connect. Have some issues with the app though. Cannot save Alert preferences.Pressing Select does nothing! Cannot share the camera to any email addresses, is saying they haven't been used recently, they get used daily! Pop up alert is not in English, think its Chinese. Cannot send feedback to get these issues fixed. Constantly says Failed to send message.

This camera is garbage and the app is less than garbage .. it records the trees blowing in the wind all night but then when I need it the most, to tell someone they got the wrong house the camera glitchs out and goes offline. This has happened multiple times and I'm done with them. They are getting smashed .. look else where for security cameras these ones are a waste of money..
