L.POINT Partners is an on-site support system that connects stores and customers developed for store owners who have difficulties in marketing. You can use analysis and self-marketing functions such as member usage status, sales, and commercial districts at L.PAY and L.Point affiliated stores. .
※ If you are a member of the existing L.POINT Partners website, you can use the same ID without registering as a separate member.
● Member status
- You can check the data by categorizing L.POINT members who visited the store by number of visits, gender, age, etc.
● L.POINT usage status
- You can check data such as the amount of related sales according to the use of L.POINT, the current status of L.POINT accumulated/used, and the unit price of each customer.
● G-CRM (commercial area analysis)
- We provide analysis of member and demographic characteristics of areas of interest, analysis of store sales status based on commercial districts, and analysis of similarities and competitive points.
● Promotion
- Easy and convenient self-marketing and campaign effect analysis for new/regular members.
● Settlement
- You can check the monthly settlement amount due to accumulation/use of L.POINT.
▶ Guide to app access permission consent regulations
In accordance with Article 22-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (agreement on access rights), only essential items for the service are accessed, and the contents are as follows.

-Storage space: Used to upload business registration certificates, copies of bankbooks, and documents related to device photos, media, and file access rights.

Phone Settings > Application Management > L.POINT Partners
※ Devices under Android OS 6.0

On mobile phones with Android software version 6.0 or lower, the use of the L.POINT Partners app is restricted due to restrictions on the use of [selective access rights] due to the nature of the OS.
To use the app smoothly, please update the software first, then delete and reinstall the L.POINT Partners app.
