About this app

The TPE application is intended for use in the field (as a simplified version of the full-fledged GISYPO), it is used to display data from the technical and operational records of the Elbe River Basin over a map base, where it is possible to select a map or orthophoto as well as display a KN map. It contains a representation of the river network and the phenomena linked to it, including basic information about the objects registered in the ISYPO database. It also enables logged-in authorized users to edit selected phenomena, including specifying the location of existing phenomena, editing basic attributes and attaching attachments (especially photo documentation from field investigations), or inserting new phenomena. Functionality depends on the quality of the data connection, the application does not allow offline mode.
