Ladder Suite brings mobile alerts, enhanced communication, and Rig Checks to the next level for First Responders. This app supplements Raw CAD Data and sends alerts straight to your mobile device in an easy-to-read format.


Loaded with features to help enhance your teams situational awareness:

- MEMOS: Keep your team in the loop with your department's personalized virtual bulletin board. Line Officers and Supervisors can post updates and important memos to members/employees.

- SCANNER: Listen in to your department's live operation channels (*participating agencies only).

- ALERTS: Receive easy to read CAD Data via push notifications and view decoded data via Alarms Page.

- RIG CHECKS: Access your Ladder Suite Rig Checks via Built-in QR Scanner.

You can tune into live OPS/Dispatch and Fireground channels as well. Overall, this app has improved our operations and communication tremendously!

Not sure if my department hasn't activated all options or not yet, but it's fairly basic. SCM had more options.
