1. I had applied for other documents on Landeed earlier for my personal property, the response was good. I got all the documents that I needed at a very reasonable price, some of these were not available on the govt websites. I was very impressed with the response and very less time taken for document delivery. 2. Though we have a leagal team it is always good to take a second opinion. I insisted our board members that taking another opinion at a very nominal price.

one of the worst app. They are taking money but not completing order and updating status as completed in app. When I ask for refund as they are not able to complete my order then they change order status as refunded even though they didn't did it. Landeed support agent also not good when I call them they said first give good rating then we will do refund but still they didn't did refund. please don't use Landeed app or website.

they took money in advance for a rental agreement and did not make the agreement properly. Made basic mistakes like misspelled the name of the owner, put an incorrect consideration price. Now, no one is answering the calls. Useless startup.
