About this app

Landstar’s mobile app provides several important features for all capacity providers. These features include the ability to review pertinent load details, provide shipment status updates and capture and submit documentation via their smart phone. Use this app to reduce the time spent making or taking phone calls for status updates and minimize the need to use a desktop or laptop computer.

Would give zero if possible. Has not worked for months. Help desk knows what's wrong. (Sure they do) But haven't been able to get it working for months. They say it is my phone. Yet XPO, CH Robinson and at least 3 other tracking apps all work fine. Agents are entering wrong phone numbers. I had a load from 2015 was stuck in the file. Nothing works to include the migraine causing program designed to save me time. I spend 3 times as much time, but hey, the competitors apps work. They save me time.

Had problems with app crashing after update. Enabling tracking seems to play a part. Redownloading using data, app will crash every time you try to open it. Downloading it on wifi however app seems to work until tracking is enabled then it will begin to crash again. So if you get it working do not enable tracking until problem is resolved.

Great tool to use on your android device as a bco instead of the computer. Would be nice if agents took down loads after booked instead of leaving up days after. A feature that would be great is a way to type in an agent code that you prefer not to do loads for because of dishonestly or for whatever reason and never see their post when searching for loads.
