I have attempted to cancel this subscription multiple times. When I click on "cancel subscription" it says it has been canceled but no confirmation is emailed. I emailed to get cancelation confirmation with no answers. They still keep charging me an annual fee every year. I am trying to get my bank to stop the withdrawals. Beware of this, and if you're just trying it out and doesn't work for you, know that it will be hell getting off the subscription.

The bot is very helpful to practice listening and pronunciation. I can use my vocab I learn from other apps. However, I wish the feedback was less picky. It can be helpful, but when the feedback is "Don't forget a comma" or "capitalize this" when I am speaking, not typing (so how is that my fault?) is discouraging. I also would love a slow speed button on lessons. The recordings are too fast so I have to listen to them like 10 times. Gets tiring to listen to the sentence for just one word.

It's good, but has a lot of room to improve. If you're learning Japanese, I wouldn't recommend this until you're closer to intermediate. It places you in an intermediate course even if you're a beginner. The AI processing is also pretty slow. Sometimes takes up to 10 seconds to provide simple feedback. It's also not always accurate and will make incorrect suggestions. Lastly, billing is a mess. Trial ended early on Day 7, so I assumed it cancelled. Then I was charged a day later...
