Not as easy to set up as other brands, found it a little bit fiddly but once it was set up, it works fine. I think the app design is a little confusing when setting up scenes, not as simple as my Kasa app and light bulbs I have. My one major gripe is that I really wish the widget was customisable. It's so big and ugly, I only have 2 scenes to turn on and off my light, and it takes up half my homepage. Please make smaller, singular widgets or make the size customisable!

I have two indoors and motion tracking cameras, and both experience the same problems. The sound recording doesn't work consistently. The camera tracking is not reliable and so I keep it situated in one permanent spot these days. The app is not even opening today. It's just a blank white screen and then nothing. My phone is only 6 months old, and so I know it's not the technology I'm using it on, and all updates are completely up to date. I've used cheaper cameras that have fewer faults.

I purchased Laser bulbs as an inexpensive way to "try" smart appliances. They have helped me learn a lot about what I do/don't need. The entry-level price is very low in exchange for reduced features and stability in both hardware and app. The app is just 'okay' and not very intuitive (I'm a software developer, so if it takes me a lot of effort ... ). I'm disappointed the widgets no longer include scene buttons; pairing is cumbersome, etc. Good app/hardware for newbies, but not the long-term.
