Reward program is too confusing. I have earned rewards yet never have used them because I didn't know I had them or how to use them. Didn't know you had to have an app and show coupons. I've just been scanning barcode. I'm used to other more straight forward programs. An FAQ would be helpful. Dealing with coupons is not ideal.

Another prime example of fixing it when it's not broken. The old app worked fine this one is slow takes many clicks to get to the coupons and half the time they aren't accepted. When the coupons aren't accepted even the submit a ticket function failed.

It helps you save but can be time consuming having them scan your card then having to bring up your coupon to use. It was a lot quicker when you could just print your rewards off in the store then take them up to the register for them to scan.
