About this app

The smart sensors in the home of the person you care for are connected to the Living Platform via the internet. For example, the social network (children, neighbors, or other informal caregivers) immediately receives a notification as soon as the person you take care of goes off the alarm.

A notification in the app will follow every alert and if this is not done, a phone call will be sent to the informal caregivers. They can deregister or confirm the alarm. If none of the informal caregivers respond within a certain time, the 24 x 7 private alarm service will receive a notification (optional). All alarmed persons can call the professional emergency services directly. And the emergency services that come to help you also receive relevant information about your situation. This way you can save valuable time if every second counts. Logically anyway, that the speed of your response to a fire alarm, for example, is related to your hearing or ability to climb stairs? Your self-reliance is one-to-one with your health.
