This app is dedicated to all Consultants who collaborate with the insurance agencies that are part of the Legolas project.
In a single app you will find everything you need for your work: consult Policies, Customers and Titles; receive updates on claims, deadlines, appointments and much more.
If you manage a team, you can organize the work of your team and support junior figures in their daily work
Access
Log in with the credentials provided to you by your reference Agency and set up simplified access from your smartphone via PIN, fingerprint (Touch ID) or facial recognition (Face ID)
Consultation
Use the search tool to quickly search by Customer name, telephone number, license plate, Policy number or Securities ICU code. You will be immediately redirected to the section of the app appropriate to your request
Monitoring
Within the app you can monitor the status of your customers' deadlines, so as to intercept out-of-coverage situations in time. Furthermore, you will have access to your Production statistics, the achievement levels of the competitions in which you participate and the campaigns dedicated to your Customers
Planning
Through a dedicated calendar, you will be able to mark appointments with your Clients and organize support with other Agency Consultants. Furthermore, the app will provide you with important information relating to customers shortly before the appointment (titles in stock, presence in campaigns, cancellations, claims and much more), so as to make the visit more effective.
Claims
Consult the processing status of your Customers' Claims in real time: openings and closures and requests from the administrative department all pass through here: you will always be updated, so as to provide better support to Customers in their moments of difficulty.
Phone calls
If you grant permission, Legolas will be able to track calls made from the App, acquiring the phone number and duration of the call. All this data will be available in the history present in the Customer tabs.
