Are you people insane? How do you suggest "a new version" if it doesn't scan 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️ Response: Thank you, your insanity has been confirmed. The point wasn't that you don't plan to add something it's that you have pop-ups to upgrade in the existing app which has this feature which makes up 50% of the product to an app that doesn't. I don't care if a new fuel is better if it doesn't run my car. Get it?

Forced to install the new version of the app. Old version worked fine and I only used the app to scan because there was no other way to get the scanner on my printer to work. New app cannot scan at all. It is telling me my printer does not have a scanner. The same printer that I used with their old app to scan things everyday. Terrible this needs to be fixed

I have only recently downloaded the app for my lexmark laser printer. After buying this beautiful printer, I found I had no reason to hook it up. I was still happy with the other printers. At least until recently. This printer and app is very reliable and simple to use. If only my printer were closer to the livingroom so I can retrieve easily. But the printer is too heavy to carry it that far. I also wish I had some special features available (templates, gift card options etc). But all said, YAY
