the app works for me. logged in without an issues. however it's 2 stars because its extremely slow. every time you want the next page, you get a spinning circle for 10 to 15 seconds while it loads the next page. makes the mangas and comics unreadable, especially for fast readers like me. it's not a network or wifi issue. im on 5g+ ultra high speed wifi plan and have extremely fast download and upload speeds. it's the app itself which is laggy.

I had a tech support issue and reached out. Jenny P. responded within a few hours with a response and a workaround and she said she'd let me know when the issue was fixed in an upcoming build. Today, about 2 weeks later, she followed up to let me know it was fixed. I really feel like this level of personal customer service has become increasingly rare and appreciate it. I love this app and am so thankful our library system has access to it.

Works, but is overall mediocre. The swiping animation between pages is obnoxiously slow and pages don't fill up the entire screen. Don't bother trying to zoom in on pages either... it's just a mess. If you must use ComicsPlus on mobile, do it in your browser. Such a shame because I'd like to be able to read offline!
