Ratings and reviews

Beware of these folks. They don't deliver all the items you order (sometimes they don't even inform you about missing items) and don't even refund your money for the missing items. Their customer support person told me that they refund only when the customer asks!!! There were at least 4 orders in last 3 months that had one or two missing items and they had not refunded. I assumed that a company such as Licious who charge a premium for their products at least have such basic system in place to refund the amount if the item was not delivered. They also overcharge you sometimes after the order is placed, in the guise of weight adjustment!!! So this additional charge gets added in your next order!!!Buy it at your own risk.

Worst app ever! My first order got delayed, and after waiting so long, I was told to cancel it myself. I had no other option since I wasn’t getting the order at all. I spoke with 3-4 customer service executives but no one could solve my issue. Instead of helping, they just push cancellation. Extremely poor service, irresponsible policies, and zero customer care. Totally disappointing! Never recommending this app to anyone.

Four times the price hike when compared to the local fish shop.. Can't you be reasonable??? Update: I read your response but I'm not convinced. It does not justify the price difference. You are just capitalising people's convenience towards online shopping. I was sick and wanted to try online delivery but the price aggravated my sickness. I'm not sure how people are throwing money just like that!!!!
