I wish the option to sort work orders from new to old worked. It would be nice to see new work orders at the top of the list instead of scrolling to the bottom. I have clicked on that option and it has never worked for me. Constantly having to enter your pin number is bothersome. Entering you pin once an hour, and the hour clock starting over with each use would be much better.

A bit awkward and clunky to use. For example, some Profile entries can be updated in the app while other settings must be entered in a browser. New messages appear under Messages but must be deleted under Notifications. The Directory lists users by given name rather than surname, and it has no search capability. Privacy violations may be a concern for some users of this app, which makes users' contact information and details of their personal activities available.

It does not work correctly. It sometimes does the opposite of the expected. It will refuse to close and demands to login then refuses to log in. Three times I have had to restart as the only way to pry it loose. I am far from a new user. 9/20- no improvement. Actually, it has deteriorated a bit.
