It's been more than 6 months since I ever was able to use the LM-Pay This application is continuously slow or offline and the pay feature by Dale, always put you on Jeopardy because it never updates your balance on time for the transaction.. making you come up with a different payment method like Google wallet, bank cards or cash. It's very embarrassing. New update... This application getting even worse everyday. They should erase the application and start making a brand new one from scratch.

Many redeemptions with partners (Singapre & Ethiopian) not available.. Redeeming miles with Turkish Airlines unable for Business class tickets... I tried to contact customer services to solve the issue or book manually from their side but they just reply that concern team will contact me to finalise booking, but nobody contact me later... Useless App and bad service recently ..

Used to love this app now it's bad. Checking does not work and there are a ton of steps before you can actually add more bags to your flight or check in. A lot of options will send you to the web browser instead of being native which is not as intuitive as it used to. Options were fine before not sure why you would change it
