At first, I wasn't using it properly, but now... it's amazing. I get to practice AI conversations without embarrassment at potentially getting wrong. I can follow the suggested script - or answer with my own chosen replies. I can highlight individual words and find pronunciation and translation. There are just two things that would make it amazing (not worth taking a star off though):- the ability to have my pronunciation checked and a listed review of words covered so far 😀.

Really good way to help learn a new language without having the embarrassment of feeling silly if you get things wrong. On the whole the app seems quite good for me (learning Swedish) but it sometimes struggles to pick up some of the words I say (although it may be my phone as another app has a similar issue.. it could, of course, be me) I've enjoyed the app so much that I've subscribed after the initial trail as I think it's well worth it.

So far the best immersive app for language learners! The AI is so good! Definitely going to buy a subscription. Upd: going down to 4 stars because since like a few weeks ago I noticed that the app repeatedly "hears" something I never said, something completely different, or just quietly corrects my mistakes. Shouldn't be the case IMO.

New preview AI makes conversations more natural: easier at the start, more challenging at the top, with better memory and formality options. You can now follow real news stories in the news topic, and customize your profile with age group and gender for more tailored conversations. We’ve also added a beautiful new city environment for Istanbul, plus bug fixes and performance improvements to reduce battery drain.
