Link Soluciones, a company that offers you technological advice and consultancy, goes one step further to improve your customer experience. The LCX APP opens up the possibility of improving the effectiveness and speeding up communication with our Technical Support Service.

From now on you will be able to manage all your data and follow up on your cases more directly and easily.

From your device you can manage the following aspects:

• Access all your information from the My Profile section
• Consult all the information of your cases; data, assigned technician and status
• Access appointments created by your technician through Microsoft Teams
• Easily locate all your cases through filters
• Create cases of your active solutions at any time and from any device * Exclusive functionality for Premium Support Service customers
• Add comments, audio notes and images to your cases *Exclusive functionality for Premium Support Service customers
• Receive all notifications in the APP of the evolution of your case



These functionalities can be accessed by all Link Soluciones clients, as well as their collaborators, with the same credentials as their account at https://customer.linksoluciones.com/. To obtain an account, access https://customer.linksoluciones.com/ and in "Sign up" you can send your data to register as an Administrator. If you are not an administrator, follow the steps shown at https://customer.linksoluciones.com/introduccionLCX/
