Using three out of the four parameters: Loan Amount, Term, Interest Rate, and Monthly Repayment, the application computes the fourth parameter. It provides the total cost of the credit, the amortization schedule (principal/interest) over the entire term, along with the curve depicting the percentage of repaid principal with each installment. The application is applicable only for conventional fixed-rate loans.
