Taking Notes on the Lockscreen is as easy as taking out the Pen.
Step 1: Take out the Stylus. LockScreen Memo will open.
Step 2: Write your Notes.
Step 3: Store the Pen.
Memos will always stay on the Lockscreen.
Customize your Lockscreen by selecting a background image which will be used if a Memo is empty.
Or enable the "Draw on Background" feature and take notes on top of the Lockscreen Image.
