Loona is a fun, smart little companion that keeps getting better with every update. I had a couple of minor hardware issues, but support was amazing—quick, hassle-free, and at no cost. The frequent updates show the team really cares and is committed to improving the experience. Highly recommended!

Not as advertised. Barely recognizes "Hello, Loona" activation, command recognition is hit or miss, neither leg raises no more (I believe many Loonas experienced this), trips over itself on the back, bumps into objects. I'm on the latest app version.
