Error messages a lot! It keeps saying "We're having some trouble getting this profile". It seems like it does this quite frequently. I have been using the app for many years, I have had trouble only since I have been on android app. I did not have as much trouble on iphone. I finally wrote the review because I can't get it tonight. I sure hope you guys can fix this! In the meantime I am going to go back to the web and browse from your website.

Used to work great, but for the past two to three months, I keep getting network errors when I open the app. I've tried clearing the cache, deleting app data, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has resolved the issue. Reviews indicate others are experiencing the same problems, but the developer claims the 9.5 update fixed it. Although I'm running 9.5.1, the bug persists.

App Version: 9.4.5, first time install. After getting search results and applying filters, I selected the first property to see its profile/details and was given all sorts of great info (very nice), but ALL subsequent selections on properties after that (even the first one that worked) throws an error, "We're having some trouble getting this profile." The details never load, just keep seeing the spinning "hourglass" (or throbber as Microsoft calls it).
