Application to generate lottery wheels for any type of lottery.
Lottery wheels allow you to choose a large group of lottery numbers, and reduce mathematically the number of combinations of those numbers to get a specific win guarantee if some or all of the winning lottery numbers are in that group.
Conditions for creating a lottery wheel:
1. How many numbers (v): total of numbers in the wheel.
2. Combinations of (k): sets of numbers.
3. Minimum condition (t): minimum hits for a guaranteed win.
4. My numbers (t): you can choose you own numbers and the wheel will be converted with you numbers.
