I have never had issues with the app, and it's very helpful seeing what you've tried. The swag available to redeem points for is just ok, but what strikes me as odd is how the points system works. Think about the cost of a cart and how much the battery actually is at most clinics, and considering you only get about 25pts for each cart you scan, I think 300pts for a battery isn't great. I have the tie-dye battery, and you can see a clear line down it, it's like a sticker lol! Come on guys!

Every company should have something like this. Lab results are displayed in the app, as well as verifying authenticity. Rove are decently priced, hits are smooth as well as the effects. The carts usually don't clog much at all. They don't produce a ton of vapor too which is good for conserving, and the fills have been consistent. Thanks

I've got a free battery on the way that I picked out after buying just 2 batteries and 2 reload pods, the rewards are point priced really well, it's not a ridiculously high number just to get any rewards that are worth it, when I bought 2 batteries the app said the second one was invalid since it was the exact same product, I sent customer service some picture proof that I had 2 and they got back to me really quickly and added the points for me no problem, great layout easy to use
