None of the 3 buttons work on the chime whether it's plugged into the wall socket or via USB to laptop. I do not hear the ringtones or any sound through the chime. I am only notified when the doorbell rings via the app on my phone. The app always show device in sleep mode. Tried numerous time to get customer support but still have not been able to speak to anyone. PLEASE HELP!

no matter how many times I reset it, the camera settings stays empty. I've reset the camera multiple times and redownloaded the app multiple times and when I click "basic function settings" which is all of the camera settings, it just comes up as a blank screen. so the doorbell is completely useless since I can't change any settings. don't waste your money on a limo device.

Absolutely horrible cameras, stays in sleep mode only and won't detect anything. By the time you get the notification someone rang the bell it's been 2 minutes. Customer service is absolutely horrible been waiting for a month for them to respond. Can't open basic camera function section. Skip using or buying this and if you did purchase return it now...
