Over the past 2 years, I've never had any grave disappointment like the current one I'm having...all the other issues were minor issues that were dealt with promptly...I did a transfer to my bank account that would go through within hours of the said day. Unfortunately, I did one on the 2nd of this month, and suddenly it's still showing pending even now. I waited 3 long days as instructed to hear that I have to wait for an escalation, for which no one can give me an update. I'm tired.

The app started off good, however for remittance service, I have noticed that the moment I enter the first character to input my I, it gives invalid, which leads me to go to a physical branch. I have reached out to customer support, they have responded in a timely manner. However, the issue is still not resolved. They have exhausted all the trouble shooting steps, and nothing is resolved which they said I must go to a physical branch.

The update is horrible. I tried changing my number, it said failed but actually when through when it kicked me out and I was able to log in back. However, when I logged in, it kicked me out again and multiple times too. Please fix that bug as my phone mentioned that it was.
