The app doesn't work or the lights.... I bought this as a gift for my husband because he is obsessed with lights. We have watched endless videos, tried multiple ways of setting them up, and they will not sync to the tv or anything we watch. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment and a really big bummer for me that they won't work for him, I was beyond excited to get these for him after seeing videos online.

The app seems pretty solid. Doesn't have connection issues, is quick to respond to settings changes, relatively easy to use. 👍 What would make it 5 stars is if I could set a delay for the backlights to better synchronize them with the TV, and to also adjust the RGB values for different picture modes (SDR, HDR10, Dolby Vision). Bonus points if you guys can figure out how to effectively convert a VRR signal to a 60Hz or similar for the lights to then respond to. Currently fickers. Thanks!

Product just stopped working after 6 months. Been trying to get a hold of customer service for 5 days to exercise my warranty to no avail. Skip this product and go with Philips hue or govee.
