Scammers what online is 5 euro they charge 30euro to high fees. Not recommended. Never open an account here to many hidden charges, application is also not flexible they dont have western union feature only have to go bank with their charges and their condition and under their certain timings. Staff not friendly and very unhelpful. They dont speak english towards foreign nationality very rude behavior. Please beware

This app is a joke, while trying to create an account there wasn't one single step where some type of error didn't occur. Even so, after losing 2 days, and multiple hours just trying to get a working video call , I was not able to create an account. Summarizing, in 2 days , I was not able to do what usually takes around 10 min in other Bank apps

I've been using this app for years and it hasn't improved nothing. Its simple and practical, but login should be smoother, having always issues with "APProva" authentication. Limited options on what to do, user experience is annoying most of the times. Look at other top bank apps, and learn from them. Add budget for this development
