I had a very bad experience. It was very difficult to log in, had to change my password multiple times. When it eventually did accept my credentials, the app logged me out but eventually I was able to log in after coupler days of trying, also I straggled with receiving OTP number. All I can say is that the process is t user friendly, I had to send emails to help desk which I think it was also not so helpful. Connect site also has too much confusing information rather than being straight forward.

I cannot login successfully and as result I am impeded with this sticky message "Failed to get response,check your connection" yet I my internet speed is 10Mbps. Mancosa should have a website domain running instead of this app...much better experience,hence I cannot register for the 2nd year. Sucks big time,no technical assistance to remedy this issue.

Very bad experience. Initially it was difficult to log in, had to change my paswords multiple times. When it eventually did accept my credentials, it said server failed and logged me out. Could not get back on it. Finally when I was eventually able to log in (after 3 days), the OTP was not being sent to my number. I tried everything from capturing new number to changing my number on the portal, even tried adding in other numbers of my parents to see if its been sent. All to no avail at present
