They do not care about customer anymore. Visits were cancelled,,, amount pending in account for more than 2 months no refund happend. It seems to me a fraud company or what. Give my money back you can't take it like this. I warn you to be careful dealing with them and think twice. 03/01/2024, No solution provided yet, I also tried to book but error showing no cleaner available also amount not returned yet.

We were happy with app features & communication. the cleaners friendly & on time. After we had renewed they announced cleaner is not coming, no bookings available money refunded to the app (almost 1000sr) however never to my bank. I contacted them several times through the chat & what's app. I get an apology & that's it. I left a message here before and told to email however no one replies. Stay away from this company. It's a scam.

I immensely regret booking cleaner with this app. Cannot find a way to contact them after booking is done and payment is deducted from my card. pathetic application, pathetic help. for the whole day i waited for the cleaner, noone responded on time, and in the end , they said its eid holiday. Why didn't you mention this while I was booking the day??? zero rating from my side.
