Horrible experience after renewal. Two major problems is that after filling in the phone number, OTP is not being copied and you have to put it manually. And, google wallet doesn't work! Now third problem today, card page doesn't work and I cannot make an order. Worst android app I've ever used so far

this app lacks flexibility and friendly interface

We couldn’t purchase the 1+1 coffee deal without the app, and the staff informed me that even if I downloaded the app on the spot, I still wouldn’t be able to use the offer. Apparently, the app had to be downloaded beforehand. The service was rude, the coffee wasn’t good, and the app is terrible too.
