Update: Appears to finally be fixed. Thank You When this app was launched, it was great, better than the online access, which requires a magnifying glass to read. Since the March 28th update, you can no longer see pending charges, along with the rolling balance. Most of all, the option to freeze/unfreeze has disappeared. Now, if you uninstall and reinstall all these things reappear, until you log off.

09/24/24: App keeps crashing, defaulting to the website for the time being. Previous: Love having access to my account and easy ways to transfer money between accounts, freeze/unfreeze debit cards. The fingerprint scan doesn't ever seem to work on my Samsung, so you might prepare yourself to type that in each time.

09/24/24: App repeatedly crashes. Completely unusable. Unable to even open. App often breaks and is not maintained regularly. It is woefully obvious that the app functionality is not a priority. Aggravating that you must use a separate app to lock/unlock your debit card.👎 MECU staff are outstanding, when the employee actually want to assist you, but the (lack of) app functionality/MX completely ruins the experience to the point I'm strongly considering returning to an actual Bank.
