The app took my mobile deposit once, and said it was accepted. Then I received an email days later stating I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and was told I needed to have my account # on the back of my check in the picture. I did that and attempted to deposit the check again, and it gave me an error msg. told me to call customer service again. Let's get it togethor folks. geesh!

The transactions are so slow to show n the app; I mean days later. Please don't expect any current info on weekends. This is the I don't know what update, but they manage to get slower and slower. Please move into the digital age.

Love the new app! You can actually search your transactions for a specific one by simply typing in the business you did the transaction with. You can also view your cleared checks, the actual image. And im super happy that now you only need to sign in one ti.e to view your account and make deposits. Thank you!!!
