This app is completely untrustworthy. I booked a car for 20,000, but when I arrived at the station it had been changed to 30,000. Even though I'd booked in advance, it wouldn't let me. How am I supposed to trust it?

easy to use with many options. But it need to have the policy for cancellations. Not for last minutes cancellation. I booked four days advance and itinery changed. I cannot cancelled the ticked and get no refund. When we buy at outside, we can cancel easily. My suggestion to have flexible cancellation policy to attracts more users.
