MTS-SMART is the manufacturer-independent solution for managing your complete equipment and machine park. It is easy and intuitive to use and the tiresome searching on the construction site is finally over.
By localizing all devices and machines, you and your employees always have an overview of where which work equipment is currently located. Many unnecessary questions and paths are avoided in this way. This not only saves a lot of time, but also has other practical effects: The exchange between employees on the construction site and the head office is quick and targeted - utilization is significantly improved. Damage and maintenance reports are recorded on site and sent directly to the service.
MTS-SMART consists of the smartphone app for the employees on the construction sites, a desktop application for the computers in the office and a modern storage solution through which all data is stored and managed so that all employees always have the most up-to-date information. All equipment (devices and machines) is managed via the desktop application, large amounts of data can be integrated directly via an ERP interface and a unique QR code can be assigned to each device.
The locations of the devices are recorded with the SMART app for smartphones/tablets. To do this, the QR code attached to the device is scanned. This is how you inventory and localize your devices and machines quickly and securely. SMART app scans devices using QR codes/NFC chips or similar detection systems. The current location of the device is saved via the smartphone GPS receiver and synchronized with the server. The map view shows the distribution of your equipment at a glance. Individual devices can be controlled via the direction finding function. This allows you to find each of your devices quickly and purposefully. Further information on devices can be called up: documents, test reports, photos, operating hours, mileage, etc.
